Dave Jones Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is the only plumbing and heating company in Wisconsin to be certified by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) for our Quality Assurance Program. This prestigious designation is earned by demonstrating not only adherence to strict industry standards but also the commitment to continued staff training and education. On an annual basis, a member of the NAHB Research Center team visits our company to perform an extensive office and jobsite audit to ensure that we are continuing to thrive with our program and to suggest opportunities for improvement.

Dave Jones Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is fortunate to have Jeff Dutton on staff, our Quality and Safety Director. Jeff works with our staff to ensure that we complete our work in a quality and safe manner.

Safety

It is the promise of Dave Jones Plumbing & Heating, Inc. to use every means to attain the highest level of safety standards. Our regard for the health and welfare of our employees is of the utmost importance. This only happens with the company's focus and determination on safety from top management to the field workers.

Our safety program has been developed to assure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations with particular emphasis on the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA), and the OSHA requirements that apply to our construction operations. It is the obligation of all employees to be knowledgeable of the standards established by these agencies and to implement the rules and regulations contained therein.

Our employees understand the importance of safety on the jobsite and how important it is that they go home to their families in the same condition that they came to work. They also recognize our commitment to furnish them with the proper protection to achieve our goals of keeping our employees safe.

We were recently recognized by the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) for the quality of our safety program with the 2009 Safety Training and Evaluation Process (STEP) Award.
