York 98% Modulating Furnace with 18 SEER York Air Conditioner Retrofit

Hagstrom Residence

This 8,000 square foot, 6.5 bath home, built by Hart DeNoble Builders, is located in Middleton, WI. This project also included a 1,300 square foot detached garage and a 3,500 square foot building with a full size basketball court, kitchen, and locker room. We are proud to have completed the plumbing, heating, and cooling for this project. This project was very unique as it includes 4 geothermal systems. The lower level of the home is heated and cooled by a 3-ton WaterFurnace Geothermal system that provides both forced air and in-floor heating. The main level of the home is heated and cooled by a 3-ton WaterFurnace Envision Geothermal system. The upper level of the home is heated and cooled by a separate 3-ton WaterFurnace Envision Geothermal system. The basketball arena is heated and cooled by a 6-ton WaterFurnace Envision Geothermal system. The garage is heated with Modine garage heaters. The pool is heated by a WaterFurnace air source heat pump. There are two horizontal loop fields serving this geothermal system.

Coyle Residence

This custom home is being built by Homestead Builders in Lake Mills, WI. This home is utilizing a 6-ton WaterFurnace Synergy 3D geothermal system, which is serving both forced air heating and cooling, along with in-floor heat throughout the entire home. This home has a vertical loop field serving the Geothermal heat pump.

Aker Residence

This custom home is being built by Aker Builders in Waunakee, WI. This home is utilizing a WaterFurnace Envision series geothermal system for their forced air heating and cooling. This home has a vertical loop field serving the Geothermal heat pump.

Evergreen Parade of Homes

The 2009 Tim O'Brien Homes Parade of Homes Model was constructed with the utmost planning and preparation as it combined both plumbing and heating using a Geothermal closed loop system and a solar hot water system. This home was the winner of the Metropolitan Builder's Association Grand Prize Award for being the most energy efficient well-built residential project of 2009. We installed a York Geothermal Heating/Cooling Closed Loop system that is 400% energy efficient, a solar hot water system and a Navien On-Demand Hot Water Distribution System which is 98% energy efficient.
