HVAC Field Assistant – Full-time
Assists HVAC Installers/Technicians with installing, repairing and servicing industrial, commercial, and residential environmental control systems equipment by performing the following duties.

- Loads and unloads various equipment, tools and supplies such as ducts, sheet metal, furnaces and air conditioning units onto job trucks and job sites
- Holds furnace and air conditioner parts in place for assembling
- Cuts, punches, flanges, shears and solders sheet metal ducts and parts
- Assembles sheet metal components
- Loosens or tightens nuts, screws, and bolts for assembling or dismantling furnaces and air conditioner units
- Cleans job site work area, tools, and equipment
- High school diploma or GED, or high school equivalency certificate and one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to follow specific verbal and written instructions
- Ability to multi-task
- Current valid driver's license
- Reliable
- Self-motivated
- Stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel and balance regularly
- Use hands and arms to handle and reach regularly
- Perform repetitive movements regularly
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Work frequently in outside weather conditions
- Work occasionally in high, precarious places
- Work in a moderately noisy environment

Plumbing Laborer – Full-time
Assists licensed plumber with assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes with accuracy and timeliness under the instruction of a Journeyman or Master Plumber licensed in the State of Wisconsin.

- Loads and unloads various pipe, tools, equipment and other necessary job supplies onto job trucks and to job sites.
- Cuts openings in structures to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings, using hand and power tools.
- Digs trenches by means of shovel, or other appropriate equipment.
- Assists with filling pipe systems with water or air so a licensed plumber can determine whether system is leaking.
- Cleans job sites and job trucks as needed.
- High school diploma or GED, or high school equivalency certificate and six months to one year related experience and/or training
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to follow specific verbal and written instructions
- Current valid driver's license
- Reliable
- Self-motivated
- Stand, walk, climb and balance frequently
- Kneel, crouch, stoop and crawl frequently
- Perform repetitive movements regularly
